I'm Luís Mota

I'm a visual effects artist with experience in multiple softwares. Looking towards a carreer in visual effects for movies with my focus set on 2D Compositing. I started with VFX in 2010 and I never stopped after that. Constantly trying to improve myself and learn something new!

HAVE YOU WORKED WITH 3D?

I am really used to work with MAYA for quite a while now. I am able to animate rigs, texture models and render them out easily to insert in the final shot.

WHAT CAN YOU DO IN 2D?

Since I started with After Effects I am used to do some simple 2D animations and motion graphics. I really excell in compositing though, from keying to rotoscoping and grading to color correction.

My overall personality and work philosophy. Having studied Sound and Image I am pretty used to being on set supervising and dealing with every inconvinience that comes my way! I do my best to solve every problem that comes my way. If I don't know it, I will learn it.
